If your coming to the old Legion Bldg., Go down Lynn Lane (9th St) and go south to Dallas street (there is a stop sign at Lynn Lane and Dallas Street. Saint Anna's Catholic School on the East Side of Street). Go west to fifth street (the 1st street that goes back to the right) and go North or to the right. There is a City Park on the right hand side. Were the first building on the East side of 5th Street Between the Park and the School Maintenance Barn. You'll see the Flag Pole.
