HB 1174 provision 4 section 22, amending Title 47, Section 1135.2 exemption 32, does state effective July 1, 2007, service conected desability rating of 50 percent or more and the cost of licenses plates shall not exceed $5.00 (limit only 2).
The fee provided by this section for the special license plate authorized by this paragraph still be in addition to all other registration fees provided by law.
