HOW TO MAKE A NEW START SEEKING OPPORTUNITIES
This is the third of five articles based on "How To Make A New Start" by Norman Vincent Peale. "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you". Do you know people who seem to attract opportunity and some for whom opportunities always seem to fade? Is this a magnetic power to whom only a few are granted by almighty God? No. Anyone who is willing, can attract new opportunities and friends. These principles are applicable to everyone, no matter their age!!!
Principle #1: OPEN YOUR MIND. Alert, sharp minds are open are open to their spiritual power and can grasp the opportunities hovering around them.
Principle #2: DEVELOP YOUR PERSONALITY: You can cultivate a magnetic personality by getting close to someone who has these qualities and start by practicing being magnetic, eager, vital, enthusiastic, and interested.
Principle #3: DISCIPLINE YOURSELF: Start by standing up under the difficulties of human experience and hold your temper, keep your good spirits and maintain your impartibility
